Group Study RoomsGroup Study rooms are available on each floor of the Burke Library and are made available to students who are working on projects that require conversation and teamwork. Groups of students may reserve rooms on a first-come-first-served basis. Group study rooms should not be used by individual students looking for a quiet place to study. Individual Study carrels are available throughout the library for this purpose. Groups study rooms are in great demand. Appropriate use of this space is necessary to meet the needs of all students on campus. White boards are located in each of the group study rooms and erasable markers and erasers are available at the circulation desk. Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the Library including the group Study rooms. Beverages are allowed in the Library only if the container has a leak-proof lid. When you leave the Group study room please remove any books or other materials that you may have been using. Never leave personal belongings unattended. |
